Output: Prepared house for the new owner
The project consisted of the followings:

1. Building a small kitchen in the basement
2. Laminate installation in basement
3. Drywall installation in the basement closet
4. Door installation from inside for the basement
5. Building a drainage system in the backyard to stop water damage to the building and to remove the bad smell 
6. Building a walkway  through backyard to the basement with concrete tile
7. Building a fence door on the walkway goes to the basement
8. Laminate installation for 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room, hallway and living area
9. Sound proofing the exterior walls shared with the neighbor with green glue and second layer of drywall
10. Whole kitchen renovations includes kitchen cabinets, countertop, backsplash, sink and faucet installation
11. Powder room renovation
12. Pot lights installation in living room
13. Replacing outlets, switches and lights
14. Special design installation in living room as a partition and as railings
