The project consisted of the followings:
- Patch holes and cracks, caulking the baseboards and painting the whole house
- Replacing the lights, outlets, and broken switches
- Renovating the whole bathroom include flooring, toilet, vanity, bathtub, and ceiling fan
- Under cabinet light installation in the kitchen, faucet and dishwasher replacement
- Upgrade Plumbing
- Replacing the outdoor lights
- Renovating a shed in the backyard
- Rain gutter and downspout upgrade
- Replacing the porch carpet
- Garden clean up
- Concrete repair
