The project consisted of the followings:
- Wood framing include a bathroom, a utility room, two closets, a small kitchen and living area
- Piping includes hot and cold water for kitchen and bathroom and relocate water softner
- Wiring
- Air duct installation
- Moving the laundry to second floor
- Drywall installation
- Tape and mud
