Output: A 650 sq-ft basement includes a recreation room, a utility room, a bathroom, and a laundry room
The project consisted of the followings:
- Designing the area according to the customers criteria,
- Drawing a sketch and obtaining the construction permit from the city
- Estimating and ordering the required materials
- Project execution
- Passing 6-step inspection: framing, insulation, plumbing, wiring, electrical and final inspection
