Location: Waterloo
Fall 2019
Output: A 65 sq-ft Kitchen
The project consisted of the followings:
- Designing the area according to the customers’ criteria.
- Duct work includes adding an air register and pushing back the upstairs register’s duct to the ceiling to make more room
- Plumbing includes pushing back pipes to the wall and adding a water pipe and a drain for the kitchen sink
- Wiring to add receptacles for refrigerator, microwave and two receptacles on top of the countertop
- Framing
- Drywall installation and tape and mud
- Painting the walls, ceiling and the door
- Installations of cabinets, countertop, sink, electrical outlets and switch, and pot lights
