The project consisted of the followings:

1. Patch holes and cracks, caulking the baseboards and painting the whole house
2. Replacing the lights, outlets, and broken switches
3. Renovating the whole bathroom include flooring, toilet, vanity, bathtub, and ceiling fan
4. Under cabinet light installation in the kitchen, faucet and dishwasher replacement
5. Upgrade Plumbing
6. Replacing the outdoor lights
7. Renovating a shed in the backyard
8. Rain gutter and downspout upgrade
9. Replacing the porch carpet
10. Garden clean up
11. Concrete repair
